We carry three different sizes of hog casings, which refer to the diameter of casing once stuffed, please see descriptions below,
29/32mm Hog Casings for Fresh Italian Sausage or Small Brats. 1 Hank will make approx. 100 lbs. of sausage.
32/35mm Hog Casings for traditional Italian Sausage. 1 Hank will make approx. 100 lbs. of sausage.
35/38mm Hog Casings for Kolbassi and Larger Brats. 1 Hank will make approx. 100 lbs. of sausage.
38/40 mm Hog Casing for Polish & Summer Sausage, Ring Bologna, Liverwurst. 1 Hank will make approx. 100 lbs. of sausage.
