Ingredients:
Salt, Garlic, Lemon Zest, 5 Pepper Blend (Pepper, White Pepper, Allspice, Pink Peppercorn, Green Peppercorns), Thyme, Spice, Rosemary, Ground Bay Leaves
To Prepare Brine:
Mix one cup (8 oz) Brid Brine per 1 gallon of water and mix well. Cover completly and allow to brine for desired time.
